Rikugien Garden, Tokyo © Emily Shur

It is only March and already we have seen revolution sweep Tunisia and Egypt. Libya is in a quasi civil war. Cote d'Ivoire teeters on the brink of civil war and there s no resolution in Dafur. Record floods swept across Australia. New Zealand was shaken by another devastating Earthquake.
And now a 9.0 Earthquake, followed by a devastating Tsunami, continuous aftershocks and multiple explosions at Fukushima in Japan.
I don't even know what to write.
My friend Emily however eloquently articulated her reaction to the events in Japan in her post Japan, I love you, you can read it at: www.emilyshur.com. Emily also -along with other artists- donated work to Life Support Japan. Find out more at: www.wall-spacegallery.com.
