Cilantro


And then just add salt and pepper. Grab some bread or crackers.The extra cilantro I'll dry for later use and the winter. The microwave can provide a quick way to dry herbs. My father-in-law taught me that. BTW Avocados are toxic to most animals. ©Nina Buesing Corvallo

During the summer for a quick meal/snack I grab fresh cilantro from the Farmer's Market and avocados and lemons to make guacamole. Easy and delicious. Almost reason enough to move to California or somewhere else where the weather allows for lemon and avocados to grow.
