My darling friends Chad & Jason just sent me a copy of Tea: An Everyday Indulgence. A fantastic gift (thank you again!). I love tea and infusions and anything to do with it. Sometimes I fantasize about having a little tea shop (maybe on Hull?!), that's how much I love tea and like to spread the gospel of tea.
