Sadness.

No Sleep 'Til Brooklyn © Nina Buesing Corvallo

MCA. Adam Yauch. RIP.
My heart goes out to his family & friends.
Besides being the music of my youth, The Beastie Boys are just very special to anyone who grew up in New York City (in the 80/90s).
This sucks. And like much in life this is unfair and makes no sense.

Congrats, Rona!

The Prize Winner © Rona Chang

Rona placed 3rd in The Sony World Photography Awards Exhibition, Landscape Category. Very exciting and well deserved. This is a fantastic photograph, so representative of NYC and especially Queens. And it proves that you do not have to travel the world to take amazing pictures. Sometimes the best is right in front of you.

Another Image form the series, also taken in Queens. © Rona Chang
